The company was founded  in  1981 as EFTHYMIO VASSILEIOS, as a sole proprietorship with the object of manufacturing food machinery.

In 1994 the company specialized in the design and manufacture of packaging machines and automation systems.

Quality, reliability and responsibility were from the beginning concepts deeply engraved in the consciousness of the founder.

Very good relations with customers, immediate service and continuous improvement in technology and know-how are the main factors   in the company's successful course.

Due to the increased demand for our machines and the effort to fully satisfy the needs of customers, the founder of Efthimiou Vassilios   proceeded at the end of 2008 to expand the business by founding  new company with the name EFTHYMIO V. & SIA OE.  The new, now family business, is based in VI.PE. Lamias on a privately owned area of 2,500 sq.m. and privately owned offices in Athens.

In 2021, the company is renamed HELLASPACK OE and becomes a second generation family business with new owners, Efthymiou Stefanos, a mechanical engineer, and Efthymiou Alexandra, a graduate of economics.

The purpose of the company is to maintain the good tradition of years that it possesses, and at the same time to offer high-level services in the design and manufacture of packaging machines and automation systems.
